So in the last two days, Susie's "inchworm" crawl has really taken off and she has begun exploring. Here is the list of her favorite things so far:

discovering about every power cord we have (and a few I'm not even sure I knew we had)...

our shoes (tennis shoes are especially tantalizing because of their laces - on or off our feet)...

our toes (amusing to suddenly feel little fingers patting your toes)...

Mellie the cat (who has been remarkably tolerant with Susie considering Mellie's, uh, not-so-cuddly personality)...

any little piece of fur/grass/lint on the floor (I really DO vacuum - Lou jokes that she is just helping with chores now)...

the telephone (even better if I have someone on speakerphone)...

and who knows what else she will discover next! I think our lives will never be the same.
